THE MACHINES DO NOT OPERATE WITH HOT WATER! They say it gets hot but it doesn’t. And the bathroom also only runs cold water. I’ve used their facility enough times to now understand why my clothes especially my whites do not come out clean even after using bleach. Then it all became clear to me today that they are trying to save $$$ by bypassing the need for hot water to clean clothes properly. It’s a shame! But not totally surprised since this country is breaking down! And perhaps if they allocated less expenses on so many video camera monitors? Well over 20 monitors in such a space. Check the over head as well. SMH I suspect they don’t even work. 😆 (To the owner pls don’t respond by denying this. The Almighty Highest One of them All ….Knows!! Update of my review! I was met with respect, patience and good customer service assistance from the young gentleman there. I got a chance to test the water in the sink next to the bathroom and the bathroom. You have to let the faucets run for a good minute or so before it begins to warm up. I am not sure how hot the washers actually get but I needed to update this review in good order.

I love this place. All new washer and dryer, so convinient location. Most customers are residents around here so no need for dirty washer!! Price is very reasonable.

Very clean. The gentleman working at 1:00 AM today, 12/31/2024, is always kind, helpful, and also provides great conversation.

Immaculately clean, attendant on duty was very friendly. Not often you come to a laundromat on the weekend and you are the only one there. Pricing was reasonable. Was able to throw 8 loads into one washer/dryer and get out for under 30 bucks. Will be back!
