My partner and I decided to check Highpoint Laundromat out since we have been life-long customers of Sudsville. Our overall experience at HP was great. The establishment is clean and well-maintained, as everyone was saying via reviews. The laundry card is NOW $1, which is fine as we will be returning. The machine to load the card is pretty simple to use and a $1 minimum deposit, which is a relief because I've been to places where the minimum amount is above $1. BUT you can get your $1 back. Just ask the associate to assist you. HPs washing machines definitely gives a little more time to wash than SV, and the dryers are 49 cents for 7 minutes, which is a little more than SV, but that's okay for ME. The Wi-Fi is free. However, you will need to get the password from the laundromat associate. Jeremiah was the kind gentleman who assisted us. I'm assuming alot of folks doesn't know about this place because when we arrived at 11am and stayed until 230pm and the "crowd" was at such a minium, I could've taken a nap due to how quiet it was in there. A HUGE difference from SV on a Sunday at that. If you are interested in rolling the laundry cart outside, there are automatic sliding doors in front of the handicapped parking which is located at the end of the parking lot, but if you dont mind carrying your laundry up and down a few stairs then you could enter in the middle of the establishment. I have said all of this to say that I think I've found my new laundromat home. **IMPORTANT ** Highpoint Laundromat does charge 10 cents extra based on the temperature of water you use. I'm sure these prices are subject to change, but here they are as of 9/1/24: Coldwater: $3.79 Warm water: $3.89 Hot water: $3.99 UPDATE As of Oct 5th: I noticed and spoken to the attendant, which he was aware of about the washers of the same load size being a few minutes off as if they weren't calibrated properly. This is an issue because we, as your customers, are spending our hard earned money at (what we believe to be) an honest establishment. So PLEASE correct this issue.

The cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to. the machines and folding table areas were super shiny. Spotless. They had larger and regular sized laundry carts. The attendant was very helpful. And tons of machines. Went on a holiday weekend around noon and it was quiet. Was about $4 for the smallest machine and $8 for the largest marching to wash. Requires a laundry card for I think $1 form the machine. And plenty of parking space in front of the laundromat.

New 24 hour laundromat. 6 islands of around 12 washers available, as well as the long wall of dryers. 3.79 is base price for smallest load, 11.19 base price for the largest on the washers. Dryers around 0.49 for 10 minutes. You need to get a card from the vending machine to the right of main entrance to use machines, $1 to buy the card. There is a bathroom, but no wall hooks for your purse. Everything is new/clean. Most of the big vending machines are empty since they just opened, but there is one wall mounted one that has all the usual suspects

The machines here are brand new and the place is Super clean. It’s also really well run by the guy Kay who helped us get our new card and figure out how to use the machines.

I recently visited HIGHPOINT Laundromat, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations. The place is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable using their machines. The staff was friendly and always ready to help if I had any questions. The machines themselves are top-notch—both washers and dryers are modern, efficient, and large enough to handle big loads. I appreciated the variety of options, from small machines for quick loads to larger ones for bedding and bulkier items. The dryers were powerful and dried my clothes thoroughly without needing extra time. I also loved the convenience of the location, and parking was a breeze. The free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, and they even had a cozy seating area where I could relax while waiting. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Overall, HIGHPOINT Laundromat is a fantastic place to do your laundry. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly and would highly recommend it to anyone in the Ellicott area & Environs!

I received A+ customer service from Mr. K my first time visiting this laundromat. I washed and dried my friend's clothes for a reasonable price. There is a kiosk where you have to purchase (for $1) and load a card specific to this laundromat using cash or a credit card. If you register the card while there, the dollar is returned to you. The facility was clean and new and well spaced. The temperature was comfortable and there was pleasant instrumental music playing. I would recommend.

The laundromat is clean and the washers and dryers work really well! They only take laundry cards which are purchased for "free" and you load them up with any amount. The attendant was really nice and helpful too!

Super nice laundry mat. It's nice to find a 24 hr one that isn't sketchy or dark and dank. Just moved to the area so will probably try one or 2 other laundry mats to see which one is closest and best value for my money, but I will use this as my go to when I don't feel like testing the waters elsewhere. Probably will make this my permanent laundry mat. My only complaint is I couldn't figure out the wifi, I didn't see a sign with the network name and/or password, but definitely not the end of the world. Looks like they have a business inside that sells food sometimes too, so that's cool

Brite and Clean Laundromat was very bright and very clean. Did not encounter any problems while doing my laundry. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
